Payment

We accept payment by Paypal, or Money Orders. No Personal Checks!

Delivery

We usually ship the day of or 1 to 2 days after payment has cleared, except for pre-ordered items which will not ship until their release date. Shipping is done Monday thru Friday via UPS ground (tracking number supplied) unless otherwise stated. We offer combined shipping discounts.

Refunds & Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for DOA, defective and returned merchandise. Shipping and processing fees will not be refunded for returned items. All returns require and Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact okland@oklandcomp.com to obtain a RMA
